I have a question for you.





I am running windows 8





Why is it that whenever I drag and drop an email from my outlook 2013 to a folder in my computer, a pop up with the following appears -





Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request ???





I have tried to set my outlook to default email program many many times and this still does not help.



The funny thing is that it was working yesterday ... i could drag and drop without this error message appearing but today it appears ???



Please advice.

That is a weird error and I can't repro it. Dragging mail from outlook to a folder on your hard drive shouldn't trigger any type of warning like that.

Does it work without the error if you use system restore to roll back a day?

Were any updates installed - office, windows, or antivirus between when it worked and when it didn't?
