Hello Diane,

I was exporting my mails so as to backup them up in Outlook 2010 and got the process terminated after a while with this error message: Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied.

As a result, the backup could not complete. It only backed up little from the whole.

Kindly help please.

Are the messages completely downloaded? Although that shouldn't cause this error - outlook should go get any missing bodies. It's possible the message is corrupt - can you identify which message it is?
 
Thanks for your response. The messages were completely downloaded. It's hard to identify the messages. Just part were exported and part were not.
