I use the Move command a lot to move emails to other folders.
Is there anyway to increase the number of options, using VBA or otherwise.
Currently 10 folders are available, could this be increased?

The list of folders is present and can't be changed.

What folders are you moving to - folders named for the sender, etc. ? A macro could work - but unless the folder name can be picked from the message you are moving, it won't be workable.

Folder names vary such Job A, Job B, etc. Not named for the sender.

The list available currently in Outlook, is for the 10 most recent folders.
Ideally need more than 10, say 25.
As a secondary preference, to have these in alphabetical order.

So do you think there is a "recent folder" list within Outlook that could be enquired into?
 
You cant expand the list or sort it. You could do a macro that displays a list of 25 in a dialog - or you can go straight to the folder picker. If the folders are all a subfolder of the inbox, one level deep, the folder picker could be faster (it can open to the parent folder)- but if the folders are scattered around, it wouldn't be.

The dialog box idea would be 2 clicks every time - which is what the MRU list is.

It looks like the list can't be expanded.
And the macro won't be more efficient.

Are there any utilities or add-ins you'd recommend for what I'm trying to do?
 
I'm not aware of any. I'll probably take a look at the macro idea to see how well it works - but I suspect that 25 folders in the list will only work on larger screens, otherwise its scrolling.
