Move emails from one account to another

Dear all,

I need a piece of advice for situation such as follows. Recently, the company I work at switched to individual-based email accounts instead of position-based email account (which were used before). For instance, I had account tc@xxx.com and now it is mb@xxx.com

It created a lot of issues: one is that tc@xxx.com was used by myself and my reliever that we worked in the same position, I did 14 days a month and my reliever also works 14 days. Using one account tc@xxx.com was very convenient to use for both of us. Now, since there are 3 accounts in use now: tc@xxx.com, mb@xxx.com and aa@xxx.com for my reliever, by thus it creates a lot of “headache”. One that I need to check emails from both tc@xxx.com and mb@xxx.com

Is there a way to move emails from both Inbox and Sent items of tc@xxx.com to mb@xxx.com? Let’s say Inbox of tc@xxx.com to Inbox of mb@xxx.com, and Sent items of tc@xxx.com to Sent items of mb@xxx.com. That way I would be able to see the email that sent to either accounts, tc@xxx.com and / or mb@xxx.com.
 
On a computer, sign in to your Gmail account.
Click the gear icon on the top right of the screen, then click Settings.
Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Click Add a forwarding address button and enter the email you’d like to forward to.
Enter the email address and click Next, then follow the onscreen prompts and you’re done.
Now, all your Gmail messages will be sent to your new email address.

Dear Peter,

It is not Gmail, it is corporate email. Forwarding is disabled.
