OUTLOOK 2013: How Do I Move Emails to Folders stored on my Hard Drive?

I MUST keep all my emails along with attachments. I created sub folders in outlook so I can drag and drop, but that seems to be a problem with Outlook 2013 as it is taking up too much space. I keep getting a message stating that my IMAP server is alerting me to the following: Email is too large, limit size to less than 20MB". Problem is, this alert keeps popping up even when I'm not emailing. I didn't have this problem with Outlook 2010. Can someone tell me how I can safely move my folders so that they are stored on my hard drive--yet still remain in Outlook? I want to be able to drag and drop the emails as I read them to the appropriate folder. Thank you!
 
That is a side effect of the Outlook feature that checks mail size before sending - when you move messages in an IMAP account outlook thinks its a sent message and triggers the message.

do you know the maximum size your server allows? You can change the limit using a registry key - http://slipstick.com/outlook/email/outlook-2010s-default-attachment-size/ - I'd raise it to the max size you can receive.
 
Thank you. I did expand to the maximum. However, I still need to figure out how to move my sub-folders to my hard drive. Also, now I'm getting another message. "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: cannot rename system folders". What does this mean? Could I be getting this message as a result of my erroneous attempts to move my sub-folders? Or is this a message I'm getting as a result of my change to the registry?
