Contact page too large for screen. Can't see categories, etc.

For some reason Outlook opens a contact page that's too large for my monitor to display. When I maximize the contact view, the bottom is not visible. This makes it impossible for me to enter in categories for the contact. BTW, when I minimize the page, I can't see the bottom of the page either.

Is this something I can fix with Outlook, or is this a monitor resolution problem? Any help is appreciated.

It's your resolution. Outlook was design for optimal at 1024x768 using 100% scaling. Lower resolution or higher scaling can cause problems with dialogs. Putting both toolbars on one row will help.
