I have just installed Office 365 into 2 separate new computers with all the Win 10 updates.
I have exported 2 POP3 accounts from each old computer running Outlook 2010, in a .pst format.
I imported the .pst files into their respective computers.
Both installs of Outlook are exhibiting the same issue.
I click on the Contact icon and can see the various folders and contact contents under the "My Contacts" heading.
When I start a new email, and click the 'TO' button, no contacts are seen. When I check the Address Book, the folder names are seen but no contents.
I have found the article "Contacts are missing when you click the To button", followed all the suggestions but there are still no contacts appearing with the 'TO' button or in the Address Book.
Outlook works fine in both computers except for this Contact issue.
Are their any other considerations that can be done to solve this issue?
