Outlook 2021 not showing contact cards in Searches

It was recently brought to my attention that Outlook 2021 is not showing Contact Cards when searching names. I am showing an example of 2019 which does show the contacts. What you see in the Red box is not showing up in searches in 2021.

Adding some more information on this problem. I found that if I switch Outlook to "New Outlook" then it works correctly but if its in the classic or standard version it does not work the way I would like it. I do not like the feel of the "New Outlook" so I need it to work on the standard or classic look.
