Outlook 365 O365 outlook calendar item editing

I have a client who uses Outlook O365 and Windows 11, recently she started having this issue, "I cannot edit any meeting minutes on my calendar that I was invited to. I could before." this happens on any computer she goes to, and also on the Outlook.Office.com, she can edit her own meetings that she created, I have never seen this before, did Microsoft change something?

They've been tweaking the new calendaring experience they've been working on.

Was she using the new meeting notes or just editing the body? The meeting notes feature was having problems and is being worked on.
