"Move to" O365 feature to Outlook client via VBA

Hi eXpert,

I am struggling finding a way to replicate this marvelous feature you have available inside
web version of Outlook and absent by the windows client :

"Move to" > 1 click you see the last 10 recent folders and 1 click over to move one or more selected messages;
not present your needed folder ? no problem, just start typing some letter in the box and you see below the match > 1 click and you go!

Using VBA and a user-form but... stucked :(

And furthermore... can a user-form be inserted in the ribbon bar ?

No.

Replicating that box would be hard in outlook (it is doable - but would be better in a com addin) but i think they are working on bringing it to Outlook 2016 desktop.. after they fix the search "experience". It will be for Outlook.com/office 365 Exchange only.

Unfortunately I use Outlook 2016 desktop and no fix at the moment :eek:

Yeah, it won't be in there yet - step 1 was removing some search features from the desktop. Step 2 is adding the new search experience and features like this, that can take advantage of it. They did step 1 a few weeks ago, but haven't gotten to step 2 yet - I'm expecting it sometime before the end of the year (if all goes well).
