Hi,

I have a shared inbox where we receive enquiries.

Our current process is:
Reply to enquiry (reply will then be sitting in personal emails sent folder).
Delete original email/enquiry from shared inbox.
Drag and move sent email from personal inbox to shared inbox's 'actioned' folder.

I have did some reading around, and there's a default reply and delete quickstep, but I was wondering if it was possible to setup a custom quickstep to automate the entire process above?

Thank you!

Does the quick steps work in the shared mailbox?

You could use a macro to do it.

Save Sent Items to different folder
Start Outlook and click New Email option.
After opening the Message wizard, go to Options tab and click 'Save Sent Item To. ' In the drop-down, click Other Folder.
Choose the folder where you want to keep the sent messages. Click OK.

Greetings,
Peter
