Hello everyone! I'm delving into the nuances of email search functionalities in Outlook 2016 and facing some challenges. Specifically, I often use the quick search feature (above the email list but below the ribbon), which provides options like "This Folder" or "All Mailboxes." This feature is great for its operator usage and ability to search across PST files. However, I'm curious about the differences and limitations compared to the advanced search, especially regarding searching in multiple mailboxes and PST files simultaneously. I cannot wrap my head around why I can use the "All Mailboxes" in quick search, but you are limited to when using advanced search. Any insights or explanations would be greatly appreciated!
