This just started yesterday when employees would try to print their Emails and when they get to the preview screen, Outlook goes to not responding. Task Manager is the only way out. This is happening on multiple computers in the company Yesterday and Today. We are able to copy the Emails to Word and print that way.
You do not get a chance to change printers or anything. File -> Print and its game over
Outlook 2016, 2019 using Office 365 as our Exchange server.
