Microsoft Outlook Not Responding

With Outlook 2013, I get the wonderful Microsoft Outlook Not Responding message often. Sometimes numerous times a day, at which point I switch to my web mail client. I get it most often when trying to send an email to someone that is inside my company, has the same domain name, mixed with outside people. It does not leave a draft, it is just gone when MS Outlook restarts.

My email is an IMAP account.

I have been testing 2013 to see if I need to start moving my users to it. I love Excel and Word, but the Outlook issues are too much for me to think about putting "users" on it!
