Microsoft Outlook has stopped working

I am trying to open Microsoft Outlook 2010 - 32bit on Windows 7 64bit. When open Microsoft Outlook 2010, it gives me the following error:
"Microsoft Outlook has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I have tried setting up a new Data File using Control Panel - Mail - New Data File and it still doesn't work. What's even more strange is this is happening on both laptops I own. Microsoft Outlook was working on both computers yesterday, but not today all of a sudden.
 
I was able to correct the problem by turning off my wireless card (so MS Outlook wasn't trying to sync IMAP emails anymore) and then deleting my IMAP email accounts 1 by 1 until I determined the one that was causing the problem.
