A quick question for Diane about Exchange

Hi Diane,

I have a question.. Under your picture it says you use EXCHANGE 365 account.

Does that mean your email is stored online or do you pop your email?

( I really don't know much about exchange )

Yes, mail is stored online, but it is not POP. It kind of works the same way as IMAP, only better, and includes calendar, contacts, tasks, and Outlook's notes.

Microsoft has a mail server that takes advantage of all of outlook's features - it's the mail server used by Outlook.com, Office 365 Email, and corporate Exchange servers. Mail, calendar, contacts, tasks are synced between Outlook and the server.
 
Oh cool! What a way to keep your day together everything is synced in OL and on your phone and tablet etc.
