Text icon in Quick Access toolbar ?

Is it possible to add (customize) a text link in the Quick Access Toolbar? Instead of what looks like a small printer icon, I would like that to be the word Print.

Or alternative, create a new Print icon that equals cntrl-P for print.
 
Only with a bunch of IF's... if you are in the beta or early channel and if you are using Coming Soon and if you have the Quick Access Toolbar under the ribbon... you will have the option to show command labels. But you can't remove icons.

Thanks Diane. I moved the QAToolbar under the ribbon, but I'll just have to wait for the official "enhancement". Sometimes one can easily identify the "Print" word but not that "icon". hah!
