Is there an Outlook tool to normalize text for entries that are in ALL CAPS?

Is there an Outlook tool to normalize text for entries that are in ALL CAPS? I have tons of entries that are in all caps and would like to, at the very least, have all proper names have only the first letter capitalized.
 
No tool that i am aware of... what type of entries are they? If contacts, a macro could handle it easy enough.

I have a bunch of 'bulk change contacts' macros - none do exactly this, but making it do proper case shouldn't be a problem.
