Replying to a plain text e-mail with HTML

Is there a way, please, to, as it were, 'autotranslate' all received plain text e-mails into HTML when I click on 'Reply'?

I know I can do it manually seriatim, and I do: but that is tedious, hence my query.

I imagine a macro could be written, but I'm not sufficiently confident to be able to achieve that -although I should welcome all suggestions.

Is there any other way of getting what I am seeking, please?

I'm often asked how to configure Microsoft Outlook to always reply using HTML format. Outlook doesn't support this but you can use VBA.
