Open message is stuck minimized -Odd behavior when replying to a message(2010)

If I open an email (as a separate window - i.e double clicked), replies to it with data copy and pasted from a website and sends, the email sends but the original SOMETIMES sticks, minimized unable to open it or maximize it for some time (Oddly, double clicking the email from the inbox again springs it into life again and the stuck one then maximizes)

I tried a fix (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook) Delete FRAME keys.

but this has not resolved it as it has happened again today, it is not a constant error however!

whilst it occurs I have tried right clicking, double clicking etc, but it remains stuck.

The actual reply, gets sent straight away with no issues.

This is usually blamed on a video card driver and the recommendation is to update your driver.

Does it happen if you use safe mode?
