Quite some time ago I read Microsoft was forcing PDF filetype defaults to Edge, and even reversing previously user-set choices. Later on, they apparently "fixed" this back to the (normal) way it has always been.
However, for the last couple of days I've been noticing that PDF attachments in Outlook mail tend to open in Edge. I've rechecked defaults, and PDF is still clearly linked to SumatraPDF on my side (and it opens there when launched from a file manager).
So is this some new wicked tactics to force us using Edge, or just some weird temporary bug? I remember HTML attachments used to behave this way in Outlook (opening in IE instead of some other default browser...).
