Hello all -

I'm new to the forum, so pardon me if this has been asked already.

But, is there a way to print a PDF attachment when is received by Outlook?

I know there are add-ins out out there, but I would prefer something open source or no cost.

I tried the Print Attachments in the File...Print, but that prints the email as well or with multiple messages, I receive a "File Not Found" Error. My Accounting department receives Invoices (a large amount) and they have to go into each email and print them out, which is a huge waste of time.

Thanks in advance.

Jeff

As has been mentioned, the script suggested above is the only targeted solution, yet it works in a half of all the cases, as well as it fells down everytime there's new Outlook update appears. I gave up on trying to make it work and I'm incapable of optimize that thing, but this tool has the feature similar to the one requested https://edit-pdf.pdffiller.com nonetheless, it's a paid tool and doesn't work with Outlook perfectly, yet slightly better
