Hi All,
I know this is not a built-in feature of Outlook, but rather an added plugin provided by Adobe Acrobat (paid version).
When using the 'Save as Adobe PDF' plugin, inline graphics get missed. This happens even though the same inline graphics are displaying correctly on the screen.
The option: Acrobat > Change Conversion Settings > Deselect 'Block Download of External content' has been actioned but does not resolve the issue.
Using the Microsoft Print to PDF driver included in Windows, produces a perfect PDF with no missing graphics, but does not maintain working hyperlinks that may be in the email itself (I know save as is likely required to preserve working hyperlinks in the produced PDF file).
By chance, has anyone found a workaround for this (short of using the MS Print to PDF option, and foregoing working hyperlinks)?
The issue is mentioned all over the internet, as well as on the Adobe support forums, but there is no mentioned of a solution. Really surprising considering that Acrobat is a very mature product.
