I have recently added a number of Macros to my Outlook (Classic) (Ver. 2408 Build 17928) and now every time I exit Outlook it prompting to save the vbaProject even though I have already saved it.
Is there an Auto_Close macro that can be set to save Outlook Project with the prompt? I have tried Set NS = ThisOutlookSession.Session.Save but it doesn't support the save method.
 
I have not seen that exact problem, but whenever VBA starts to act squirrely I have found that sometimes you can fix it by: Exporting all your VBA code and Forms. Backup, delete, and recreate a new, empty VbaProject.OTM. Add back your code and forms. Be sure you have a backup of your VbaProject.OTM before you start!
 
There is not an autosave option, sorry. Do you have it digitally signed? I've had it ask to save when its signed, even though I saved it (after removing and re-signing.)

I recommend making copies of the modules when you edit - you can drag the module to the desktop or a folder (faster than using export IMHO) or copy and paste the modules into notepad. I've had a corrupt OTM file more than once and needed to recreate it but had old copies of the macros. :(
