Open & Save VBAProject.Otm using VBA Code

Hello,

I am trying to Open the VBAProject.otm in my outlook using an Excel Macro button.

What I want to do is
from Excel, I click a button then outlook opens (if not already)
then it
Opens my existing VBAProject.otm and save it then close it with password protected view

Any assistance will be appreciated!
