Hello,
The message below appears on multiple computers for a power user, including a brand new one (i7, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Windows 10 Pro, MS365 E3, Outlook 365). The mailbox was 35GB, but has been reduced and the error still occurs.
The issue is usually resolved by closing other programs, but all of those programs are needed, so it is not a viable solution.
Other users in the MS365 tenant with large mailboxes do not have this problem.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
