Outlook on Android: after sharing / sending a news article, draft remains open. Why?

Outlook 2016 32 bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
It is just a minor thing, I know, but I am curious to know as to why, after sharing (i.e. sending) a link of news article, a draft of that same mail still remains open.
Maybe the background is that it can be shared again, with someone else?

Now, I need to separately close the mail item. Upon closing a draft is automatically saved, hence I need to go into the draft folder and delete it there.
