Android/desktop App for sending to Outlook inbox?

For those of you who are familiar with the way you can enter a note/pic/dictation in Evernote on your phone and instantly have it appear in your Evernote desktop app, I'd like something similar except it instantly emails it to (or appears in) Outlook. I could do it manually but it's hugely inefficient to snap a pic/s, then attach it to an email, select the recipient etc. every single time you want to make a note or take a pic. Is there anything out there that automates the process?
