Problems with outlook calendar and android phone syncing calendars

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account
Exchange Server
So I am having trouble with syncing my calendar for outlook with my android phone. I have my email setup with outlook and that works just fine on my phone. If add the appt. on my computer it will show up on my phone, but if I add an appt. just on my phone it won't ever show up on the outlook calendar.
