Outlook 2013 setup problems

Glad I found this website. I've installed MS Office Professional Plus 2013 on a new Dell laptop; while attempting to set up the Outlook account, the prompt is asking for the Exchange Server.... I tried server addresses for 2013 and 2010 versions that I found on a MS forum, but the dialog box freezes with those numbers. I also re-installed the software trying to reset it and make it work, but nothing improves. How can I find out what exchange server I have?
 
Go to Control panel, search for Mail. Open the profile and delete the account or delete the profile and start with a fresh profile. Use the auto account setup wizard to create the account - it looks up the DNS and autodiscover records and creates the correct account type with the correct server names. If that fails, you'll need to get the server name from your Exchange administrator.
