For a couple of weeks or so, I've had some weird issue with Outlook and icloud.com IMAP mail account. Whenever I move an email from its folder to a local (PST) folder (which I usually do, as I don't keep "dealt-with" emails online), it gets moved normally as usual, and at the same time an error is written in the Sync Issues, containing the following lines:
19:43:44 Synchronizer Version 15.0.5125.1000
19:43:44 Synchronizing Mailbox 'XXXXXXX'
19:43:44 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Inbox'
19:43:44 1 item(s) deleted in online folder
19:43:44 Error synchronizing folder
19:43:44 [8004010F-0-0-560]
19:43:44 Done
The email item doesn't show anymore on icloud.com web interface or on iPhone's mail client - so far so good. However, I've discovered that it still exists somewhere in the Apple universe, as the Storage indicator on iCloud displays corresponding mail usage (which grows each time). Nothing critical, but a nuisance which might some day lead to space being fully spent despite nothing to be seen there.
Any idea what the culprit could be (other than the eternal Apple/Microsoft love)? I already removed the account from Outlook, deleted .ost, and re-created the account, but the issue is still the same.
