Outlook 2013 and outlook.com issues when using mail alias

I am using Outlook 2014 to access outlook.com.

I have set up mail alias/forwarding from my 3rd party email account xx@mydomain to the xx@outlook.com account and made an alias corresponding to xx@mydomain in outlook.com settings.

Mail works fine - apart from outlook 2013 sends mails from outlook on behalf of xx@mydomain. But I can live with that.

The issues is:
When I make an appointment in the calendar and invites a person I am set as organiser - what I want. BUT with I get reply from the invited person my status is changed to participant. Then I can not change or cancel the appointment.

Anyone know about the issue and how it should be solved.
 
We know how much effective outlook for business people. They can use the outlook for create emails and send mails easily. This will save their time and let them prepare more for other works.
