Outlook 2013 opens with FILE tab selected.

I wish it to open with the HOME tab selected so I can just then click on 'Send/Receive'. Thank you.

Windows 10 64bit
 
Thank you Diane, My apologies for wasting your time, I'm afraid I am not smart enough to be a halfwit. The answer of course is to activate the ribbon.
 
Oh... you have the ribbon collapsed. I actually totally forgot about that cause - in that case, it's not that the File tab is activated, but its highlighted, so it looks activated. Clicking any word activates that tab.
Outlook 2010's File tab is active, not the Home tab

BTW, Not a waste... :)
