Outlook 2013 Yahoo IMAP Sync problems

Over the years I have periodically had sync problems with my Yahoo IMAP email account using Outlook 2013. These problems will cause sync to hang part way through, which results in outlook being stuck in sync "processing" mode, and not delivering email, until I close and re-open Outlook. Usually I can view the sync log and resolve the problem by logging into Yahoo web mail and cleaning up whatever the problem is. Currently, with the error log below, I can't figure out what the problem is. Outlook will sync fine for a few days, and then hang up.

I have tried forcing the root folder to INBOX, but Yahoo IMAP will not retrieve mail properly with that setting.

Where do I go from here?
