Many problems with outlook.com - will upgrade to Outlook soon

Hello Diane. I'm having many problems with outlook.com and realise that I must make it a priority to upgrade to the Outlook that came with my Office365 Home. I would explain that I would normally post my questions here but because of other issues I'm having to post them in the MS Community so that all my Microsoft problems are in one easy-to-find place.

I hope you understand & I look forward to becoming a regular on your Outlook forum after I've upgraded.

In the meantime you might want to use your considerable expertise on this problem Mail items I deleted days ago keep coming back. Windows 10
