Navigate to my calendar. Too many steps

This is my first post to this forum so redirect me if I have done any things outside of your protocol.

I am a Ms Access developer and was asked by one of my clients to look at an issue in Ms Outlook.

The problem is trying to get my Calendar on the screen, and not sharing the screen with any other calendar.

The attached image shows the five steps I have to go through to get to where I want to be.

Is there any way to do this in fewer steps.
