not receiving emails until i re-login

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account
POP3
i use 4 email accounts in outlook and the emails seem to flood in only after i re-login. another words i notice that email isnt coming in. so i logout and re-login and then they start coming in. What is going on?
 
Is it possible the automatic send/receive is not on?

What happens if you manually click the send/receive button?
 
it doesnt seem that simple. ive bee doing so much with this i dont remember what i did :) , but im sure i did those things. it doiesntr seemm that simple because it doesnt make sens that when i login the sending comes and if i leave it for hours and hours nothing happens and then i login and it all comes thru
