Hello,
I am new to this forum and really stumped as to why an Exchange user is receiving email at her personal address.
She is part of a group email that she is copied along with others in the thread and oddly, she receives conversations in her personal @gmail account.
Replies from one user in that group somehow gets her conversations sent to the person at the gmail account, but not all in the group. Their responses are received at the users domain address, not the gmail address.
I tested an email sent to the user inquiring, and confirmed my email did get received at that users domain address, not the gmail address.
Can someone help suggest what I should look for?
Again, new to this so bear with me.
