Outlook 2016 is not receiving emails until I restart it

Hi,

I am currently running Windows 10 and Outlook 2016. The problem is Outlook is not updating the messages until I restart it. Sending does work though, and Inbox is updating in OWA and mobile. If someone could give me other suggestions how to sort the issue, that would be great!

I've tried the fixes below, but no luck:
Creating a new profile
Disabling add-ins
Renaming the OST file
