I've been using Outlook 2003 for about 10 years, and have migrated it once or twice to new drives with new Win versions. Last time left me with two Personal Folders and Three Archive folders.
I'm about to do it again, and I've discovered I have nearly 200 PST files. I need help deciding which I can get rid of.
Some are Outlook.PST, some are archive.pst, some are backup.pst, and more than 100 are labeled Outlook##.pst, where "##" is a number from 1 to 119. (The numbered ones are on my data drive, where I was trying to back them up).
Some are in C:\users\myname\AppData\Local, others in C:\users]myname\documents, others
in various folders on my data drive. I even have one (myname.pst) in the program data folder for one of my printers. All those from March 2015 on are on C:\/
I figure it's safe to weed out files with duplicate names, dates, and file sizes.
Further suggestions?
(I can provide the list in .txt or .csv form).
