After I reinstalled Outlook and changed the email from POP to IMAP (the same computer you helped me with a few days ago), everything was fine until I copied a fairly large number of email from the Sent folder in the old pop pst file to the Sent folder in the new IMAP file (so she could have easier access to the old sent items). Then Outlook started popping up messages saying: "your IMAP server wants to alert you: The email is too large, limit size to less than 20 MB."
I assume some of the sent emails had large attachments, so I deleted (or so I thought) all the emails I put in the IMAP sent folder, but the message keeps coming. Any ideas how I might fix this? Any way to find out specifically what emails Outlook is unhappy with? Or should I just completely empty the Sent folder?
Thanks
