My client transferred their domain to a Canadian hosting company.
Prior to setting up their new IMAP email I used Outlook 365 to export all email to a PST file.
After configuring a new Outlook IMAP profile I then imported the PST file.
Upon review we noticed there were some Inbox subfolders missing.
The only method to fix this was to purchase Kernel OST to PST Recovery.
We could create a new PST using Kernel, and then review the PST and transfer folders back into the IMAP Inbox.
So my question is, why does the Outlook 365 export not transfer all data to the PST.
