The correct path should be C:\Documents and Settings\Nancy\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

You have the option in Windows Explorer to display file types turned off. The file with the Office logo is most likely the PST. Just one PST. When you hover over it, the tooltip should say "Office Data File". That's the file you can copy to another folder or drive for backup purposes. Just right-click it and drag it to the folder where you want to store it, choosing "Copy" when you release the mouse button. Make sure Outlook is closed when you do that.
