problems with viewing aol emails in Outlook

Looking for some guidance I can't find a fix for this. When I get emails from people with aol email accounts, then show up looking like this below. Its clumsy and hard to read sometimes. What can I change in Outlook for this to be formatted better so its easier to read? thx.

At Parker Days this morning I was able to talk with Sydney. In her new cap= acity as Guild Outreach person, she is heading up Third Thursday. She was = telling me about the plans for June 20 that include handing out maps to par= ticipants for "the Art Walk." PACE has made arrangements with 6 Parker bus= inesses to have "stops" for the art walk on Thursday that originates from t= he PACE Center. I know you are going to need more info about this...and ho= w they'd like the Guild involved. As soon as the Art Walk maps are made up= (Monday or Tuesday) I will email it to you, but Jeff you'll want to have t= hem at the Happy Hour ....and mention the walks.

Jeff I'll see you at the NYE Fundraising Cte Meeting on Wed afternoon at 4:= 30pm - right? If so, we can connect about details that evolve this week th= en.

For now there's nothing that either of you need to do. I'm just giving you= a heads up.

It looks like something is munging the message - that is the raw message data. What antivirus do you use? It's the usual culprit for problems like this.

You can test it in Safe mode - close outlook, restart in safe mode and have someone from aol send you a message. If it comes in ok, its an addin or antivirus.

To open Outlook in Safe mode: Close Outlook then hold Ctrl as you click on the Outlook icon. You'll get a message asking if you want to start in Safe mode. Click Ok.
 
I did the safe mode thing, but got the same results. I'm using AVG for the antivirus, and it does have email protection for incoming emails, but hard to believe it would affect how it reads like that. I'm guessing there isn't a setting or anything I can change, right? It doesn't have anything to do with HTML messages or non-HTML messages does it?

CBeyond hosts my email, and they have a stripped down version of Outlook on the Web, and when I read the aol messages online there they are perfectly fine. I'll also add that I don't even get attachments to aol emails that were supposed to be there.
 
AVG is one of the usual culprits when there are problems - i'd disable the email scanning to be safe, plus it really doesn't offer a lot of protection, just advance warning if a message is infected.

Something is definitely munging the message ands I think the attachments will be back once its solved. If its not AVG, what other addins are installed?
