Deleted emails sync problems

Last week I cleaned my outlook.com account inbox (on the website) and I emptied my deleted emails folder. Why I'm still having some of the deleted emails (not all of them, and not related to the date or sender) on my PC (outlook 2013, the account is set as exchange server) ?
 
If you deleted a lot, the server could be slow to sync or stuck on the sync. If you emptied the deleted folder before the sync deleted them from outlook you could have some orphans. Check for sync errors in the Sync Issues folder - that might give you some clues. Use Shift+Delete in Outlook when you find the messages that should be deleted.
