I am new to this site and I am no IT expert (putting it politely)
For the past 6 months I have been using Outlook (2013 I think) Office 365 on my main PC at home.
On a weekly basis I like to send out a group email to our 200+ agents. I have been doing this for many months and it has been a massive help. I use the Bcc to cut and paste all my contacts and then send the email. As I said, it has been working fine.
But now when I try to do this it will only cut and paste the first email address from my list. No matter what I do it will not allow me to put all my contacts in this section. I even did a system restore to last week in the hope that it may help but it hasn’t. I tried just cutting and pasting 2 or 3 contacts at a time but I had the same result.
Please can someone help? And as I said above, I’m no IT Expert so feel free to explain this to me as you would to a child. I’m fine with that :0).
