Please help if you can. Problems with Bcc

Hi.

I am new to this site and I am no IT expert (putting it politely)

For the past 6 months I have been using Outlook (2013 I think) Office 365 on my main PC at home.
On a weekly basis I like to send out a group email to our 200+ agents. I have been doing this for many months and it has been a massive help. I use the Bcc to cut and paste all my contacts and then send the email. As I said, it has been working fine.

But now when I try to do this it will only cut and paste the first email address from my list. No matter what I do it will not allow me to put all my contacts in this section. I even did a system restore to last week in the hope that it may help but it hasn’t. I tried just cutting and pasting 2 or 3 contacts at a time but I had the same result.

Please can someone help? And as I said above, I’m no IT Expert so feel free to explain this to me as you would to a child. I’m fine with that :0).

You're copying from the same list as before?

Is it in alias@domain;alias2@domain format or in rows like this:
alias@domain
alias2@domain

Hi Diane.

Thank you for the reply. Yes I am. The exact same list. I have done nothing Differently.

All of a sudden it’s not working :0(. I even tried cutting and pasting all the contacts and creating a new list the other day. Nothing changed. I tried just doing 2/3 emails at once, nothing changed. It’s driving me mad because I have an urgent update for the reps and the thought of doing them all separately fills me with dread.

Did you get this resolved?

Try this: paste the list in, when the single address comes up, delete it and try pasting again. I'm wondering if the autocomplete cache is corrupt and is linking the entire list to one entry.
