Blank Pop-up Window when click "Manage Sharing"

When I attempt to share my database by clicking on "Manage Sharing", I get a pop-up window that has nothing but a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it, and an "OK" button. If I click OK, the window disappears but the sharing wizard does not open.

Any thoughts? The log file provides the following:

I don't know why I didn't find it yesterday, but the solution is the install SQL 2008 SP3. It's an optional update from Windows Update. The root cause is having SQL 2012 installed on the same machine.
