Meeting Invites Go Blank When Forwarding or Accepting

My organization just updated to Office 2013 and the Outlook handling of meeting invitation has been causing fits.

When a meeting invitation is sent and includes quite a few details in the text block, those details are deleted by Outlook when the meeting is accepted so dial-in numbers and other pertinent information is lost. Additionally, if I try to forward a meeting invite off my calendar, the same issue happens where the text block goes empty. If I hit reply to the original invite, the text is embedded in the email back to the sender. I am not finding any apparent settings or add-ons (only have the standard ones checked) that would delete all this information and attached files.
