Begin with basic troubleshooting steps, including the following:
1. Reboot the computer after installation
2. Uninstall and reinstall the connector
3. Remove the account from your profile and recreate it after restarting Outlook

If you need to enter a Product ID, enter the Product ID from Outlook, not the Connector.
