Hello, Diane.
After reading your latest post on Outlook-Tips about Outlook crashing when parsing HTML messages I started thinking and would like to ask whether, to your knowledge, there was any Outlook/Office update in the last batch (11/11/15) that may change Outlook behavior in terms of spam control of the outgoing messages?
Now when I send messages through Hotmail connector (I have my business email address set up as the primary alias and I use my own SMTP server to deliver messages) Outlook sporadically throws a popup window and requires me to enter a captcha otherwise it holds the message in the Outbox. I send a very small number of emails per day to make Microsoft suspicious.
I have never seen this until a few days back. May be there is an update that also needs to be uninstalled?
